Cut Flowers

Recut flower stems and put them in cold water.

Keep flowers in a cool position. Make sure they are a safe distance from direct sunlight, heat and drafts.

Use floral preservative, (ask Uptown Florist for more information).

Change the water and clean container regularly.

Carry corsages and other body flowers in the florist's box to your destination. Pin or put them on once you're inside.
